This is me, Masha.
I've spent the last 5+ years working directly with creators on growing their businesses. I know the industry — and more importantly, I know what makes a creator business actually work. Not just grow, but hold up. Add real longevity and stability to a business that could otherwise get knocked sideways by an algorithm change on a random Tuesday.
I started in business development for the Amazon Influencer Program, working every day with some of the fastest-growing influencers on the platform, teaching them to think strategically about the business behind the content. For the last 3 years, I've been in-house, working directly with creators-turned-founders on exactly what I do now: building the operational backbone behind their programs, communities, and offers.
